The alliance continued working toward passing and enforcing a Uniform Municipal Fisheries Ordinance to govern municipal waters across 7 municipalities, harmonizing coastal programs with national agencies like BFAR and DA-PRDP across 24 MPAs.

Coordinated an alliance-wide event hosted by LGU Quinapondan to honor local fishers and judge the "Best Managed MPA" competition. DA-PRDP contributed engine raffle items and funding for the marine sanctuary network infrastructure.
